I have been attending Sarah’s classes since 2015. Pilates is a huge help to me and it keeps my body strong and flexible. Having Sarah’s knowledge as a Physiotherapist is a huge bonus. Chrissie.
I have been going to Sarah’s class for over 10 years which had seen me through back surgery and two replacement hips! The exercises have helped strengthen my muscle groups and greatly improve my flexibility and balance and the benefits of a good stretch and relaxing are not to be underestimated. A great class.
