Having worked as a Physiotherapist for 14 years, Sarah is highly experienced. Her classes are tailored to individual requirements and levels in order to maximise results for her clients.
Wellbeing Pilates currently runs classes in two Oxfordshire based venues; Wootton and Dry Sandford Community Centre and Grove Methodist Church.
£54 for a 6 week course. You can either pay by cash, Cheque or BACs transfer.
What to wear
We recommend comfortable clothing to exercise in. Please also bring a mat and towel, a drink is also recommended. We shall provide any equipment that is needed within each class. Sarah often uses theraband, weighted balls, pilates rings, spiky massage balls and wobble cushions. This range adds variety to her classes. For those attending their first class a health form will be completed to ensure Sarah can look after you and tailor the exercises to your needs.
