About Sarah
Wellbeing Pilates is led by Sarah Callaway, an NHS Physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience. Sarah graduated in 2004 from the University of Nottingham, before starting work as a rotational Physiotherapist for the NHS in Newcastle upon Tyne. She gained experience in a wide range of specialisms before focusing her career in Musculoskeletal Outpatients in 2007.
Sarah has worked and has a special interest in ante- and post-natal treatment, and hand therapy. She now works as a Musculoskeletal Clinical Specialist in a busy outpatient department in Berkshire. Sarah has additional training with the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute) and her classes incorporate this method. She has been running pilates classes since 2010, and many of her original clients are still coming to classes today.
