
Why come to classes with Sarah?
Having worked as a Physiotherapist for 20 years, Sarah is highly experienced, with special interest in hand therapy, and ante- and post-natal care. Her classes are tailored to individual requirements and levels in order to maximise results for her clients.
Where?
Wellbeing Pilates currently runs classes online via Zoom and in-person at Wootton and Dry Sandford Community Centre just outside Abingdon, Oxfordshire. From September at St Ethelwolds House in Abingdon.
Cost?
- In-person classes are £60-£66 for a 6-week course.
- Online classes are £45 for a 6-week course.
You can either pay by cash, cheque or BACs transfer.
What to wear
It is best to exercise in comfortable clothing. Please also bring a mat, towel and a drink. We shall provide any equipment that is needed within each class. Sarah often uses resistance bands, weighted balls, pilates rings, spiky massage balls and wobble cushions in order to add variety to her classes. If you are attending your first class, Sarah will ask you to complete a health form to ensure she can look after you and tailor the exercises to your needs.
